Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply when you buy Copyable on this website and when you use the app.
Who sells Copyable
Copyable is made and sold by Yevhenii Rubanov, a sole proprietor in Ukraine (ФОП Рубанов Євгеній Олегович). In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Yevhenii Rubanov, and “you” means the person who buys or uses Copyable.
Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you buy Copyable, Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply. For help with an order, such as a receipt, a payment or a refund, go to paddle.net.
What you buy
Copyable is a macOS app that recognizes and copies text from any area of your screen, on your Mac. It needs macOS 14 Sonoma or later and runs on Macs with Apple silicon or Intel processors. Translation in Copyable needs macOS 15 Sequoia or later.
Copyable is a one-time purchase of $4.99, plus sales tax or VAT where it applies (Paddle shows it before you pay). There is no subscription and no license key.
Delivery
Right after you pay, the thanks page shows a download button for Copyable.dmg. The address of that page is your personal download link. It keeps working and always gives you the latest version of Copyable, so bookmark it.
If you lose the link, find your order at paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or reply to the receipt email from Paddle, or write to support@copyable.shop.
Installing
Copyable is not notarized by Apple. The first time you open it, macOS asks you to confirm in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Copyable then asks for Screen Recording permission, which it needs to read your screen. The steps are on the download page.
Using Copyable
- You may install and use Copyable on any Mac you use, for personal or work use.
- You may not resell or redistribute the Copyable DMG.
- Copyable works offline and makes no network requests at all: no update check, no analytics and no crash reports. Details are on the Privacy page.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. How to ask for one, and what happens after 14 days, is in the Refund Policy.
Warranty and liability
Copyable is provided “as is”. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Copyable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. This doesn’t take away any consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
